Framework for The Foundation

1

Phase 1: Receptivity

An Environment of Thinking

Create a safe environment where students become open to learning. Like a seed absorbing water, students absorb foundational ethics and collaborative principles in a trusting atmosphere that awakens curiosity.

2

Phase 2:  Germination (Awakening)

Review and adapt your life plan

Students discover their unique strengths and interests. Introduce challenges that break open traditional thinking, like a seed coat cracking, allowing new ideas to emerge as students form initial peer connections.

3

Phase 3: Root Development

Fundamental Understanding

Students develop core knowledge that anchors all future learning. Like roots providing stability, critical thinking skills and ethical frameworks give students the foundation to evaluate information wisely.

4

Phase 4: Initial Application

The First Leaves

Students apply knowledge to real problems in supportive settings. Like a plant's first leaves, these early attempts may be simple but are crucial for growth. Students learn from failures and practice constructive collaboration.

5

Phase 5: Authentic Creation

True Leaf Development

Students work on more complex projects and develop unique perspectives. Like true leaves enabling a plant to generate its own energy, students begin contributing original ideas to their community.

6

Phase 6: Resource Building

Root System Expansion

Students build networks beyond immediate peers and learn to find information independently. Like expanding root systems, these connections provide resources and support for continued growth.

7

Phase 7: Self-Sustaining Learning

Vegetative Growth

Students transition to self-directed learning and begin mentoring others. Like a plant that can now thrive on its own, students develop vision for applying their knowledge while supporting newer learners.

Growth happens in Stages each student can revisit earlier phases when needed, ensuring solid development at each level.
